1. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must authenticate using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium Features: Certain content and features require a paid subscription.
• Billing: Payments are processed directly through Google Play Store billing systems. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play Store refund policies.

3. AI-Generated Content

Children Stories utilizes Artificial Intelligence technology to generate interactive stories and imagery. While we strive to ensure safe and engaging content, AI-generated content is provided "as-is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness.

4. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our usage terms. You may also voluntarily delete your account at any time by following the instructions on our Account Deletion page.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Children Stories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
