At Children Stories, we respect your privacy and provide you full control over your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated information, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Please send the email from the exact Google account e-mail address registered with Children Stories so we can verify account ownership.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon receiving your request and verifying your identity, the following data will be permanently deleted within 24-48 hours from our Supabase backend databases:

Your Google user ID and unique account record.
Your full name and associated email address.
Your profile picture (Avatar) URL reference.
Saved stories, preferences, and user interactions.

Data Retention Policy

Certain purchase and subscription verification records processed via Google Play Store may be retained for accounting, legal compliance, or fraud prevention purposes as mandated by applicable laws and Google Play Developer Policies. These residual records cannot be used to recreate your account.
